Got an answer from the support team about the participation of US citizens in ICO:

Citizens or residents of any geographical area where access to or use of cryptocurrencies or digital tokens is prohibited by applicable laws, orders, rules, regulations, agreements or administrative acts shall not be allowed to purchase and use UTT tokens.

This is the case as well when any purchaser or user is a U.S. citizen or resident (including but not limited to, for the purpose of applicable tax laws and regulations), holds either a green card or a U.S. residence permit and is in the United States of America or his or her principal or predominant place of residence is in the foregoing territory.

As I understand the collection of funds for sale are not important. I would still at the place of the organizers and developers tried to reduce capitalization and not to lure big investors with big discounts.

In whitepaper indicated, that tokens can be used to pay for the educational services of the United Traders. As I understand, payment of tokens will be more profitable than fiat money. Therefore, I plan to purchase tokens for investment in education

I must admit that i have dropped the ball on this one. I am embarrassed at how far behind on new icos these days. And having to fly to some tropical island every time i want to invest in one is getting pretty annoying.
