It's normal situation. Fiat money will be spent on salary or something else. It isn't the first time when I see that project allows to fund fiat money.

I think there is no point in cashing out at the early stages if you missed the first pump wave at the exchanges.
Real price and Real profit will be gained by the people who are holding the coins for the long term. I see many people are looking for long-term investment because in crypto we can't make huge profits within the short period of time.

Actually in my opinion there is no need to cash out never! I mean the best thing you can do - just hold tokens few years. Then you will receive 20x or even more! Even x50 possible.
I agree, holding a token for so long will give me huge profit if and only if those project will succeed and devs will continue it. But there are still risks in holding coins/tokens for so long. It really depends on the coins value in the long run.

I think you misunderstood me. Everyone can see how much tokens were sold, but its real price we don't know. For example, there can be only 10 large investors with great bonuses or a lot of small investors who bought tokens without any discount.
Everything is very logical. The more investors pump into United, the more new small and large "fishes" will turn attention to project. On my opinion, each investor want to know how many persons invest money and total funds amount.
