  Yes and no. There won't be any traditional bounty in the sense that you get paid for
  just inviting people or something. Instead, we'll have a crowdsourcing program in which
  participants will be paid based on the location data they put into our app.

  You mean the product? It has been designed to serve everyone across the globe. 
  However, In the first step, we will launch it in specific countries due to strategic reasons.
