So what's the difference of this project from ordinary insurance,  that is used in most big countries? Will you have your own personal medical insurance and offices, surgery departments? Will this project be worldwide?

I think its tele-medicine run on a platform. From their roadmap they have the platform already. Most of the tests offered as part of the subscription are done using a Kiosk which the patient will have to visit.
