This is not cashback, this is estimation of Mining/Minting reward on Proof of Stake algorithm for every ZeCash Coin holder.
Thoses rewards are paid from transaction fees earned from ZeCash Mining.

Things can't happen in few days, there is lot of negotiations and talk on that, as we said in our May update it take time to have the correct extra team on board, we aren't buying name here, we want full involvment like every member in our team today

That could be a good way to spread tje word around - get a broader audience.

I don't know if the audience you are thinking of attends those types of conferences. I think you would find more ''inside'' people and project owners than the general public. But it's great for raising money for the project and possibly expending the team.

Possibly for finding companies who are planning to invest. Not individuals. But then those companies will surely be good investors because they are in the similar field.
