No, the hardcap has not been reached. Cards have been reserved for Batch C.

Fork and run the current codebase at our GitHub and get a firsthand experience on how we implemented the architecture. There are currently about 30 modules available and they are fully open-sourced. The Ethereum plug-in module is under active development in a private repository, but you can see glimpses of our approach here and here.
