why do projects usually need pre sale and main sale?

I think the trading platform has a lot with different services. For Ftec, what kind of services differentiate Ftec from other platforms? I see there are algorithm accuracy and independence of trader psychology, what does it mean?

Our own token can solve fundamental problem we faced and also gives token holders certain advantages.
