I'm giving the original Dev one more week to show some progress otherwise i'm going to fork the coin and start a sidechain of Iconic. I will organise a coin swap from the original chain to our new chain and then we can start to work on this coin. I need the backing of the community to proceed with this plan.

@GannickusX enough bullcrap already. Move over and give me control of this coin. You are just wasting peoples time.

YOU HAVE ONE WEEK..

Watchout for this guys. This is starting to look like a scam. Website is associated with the Argus guys. Everything is in Panama. Check out godaddy.com and research this guys website and the argus website. Everything is Identical. I hope I am wrong. This guy hasn't been here in 5 days, the argus guy dissapeared on March 10th. Very fishy....,but Iconic took money/btc on an ICO, so I he has broken the law if he took off with it. Research this Dev. Find out more about him.

The address is in Panama because this fucker has paid for whois guard/whois privacy service so that we can't see the domain owner's info. In fact that address belongs to a company called whois guard.

Any updates Dev ??

The swap will be set in motion this weekend. We're working on a new website for ICONIC to automate the swapping proces.

This fucker just keeps telling other to wait for his imaginary teammates and the coinswap that will never happen.

IGNORE THE FUD
IGNORE THE FUD? Just go fuck yourself and shove the bitcoin you scammed up your fucking asshole.

Right off the bat it's a fucking scam for real. This fucker keeps deleting my posts. The roadmap you asked?

1. Use coingen a.k.a. create your own coin service to generate the coins - DONE
2. Outsource website creation + whitepaper to some cheap freelancing services - DONE
3. Buy more senior member accounts, change password, make a few posts and start announcing the ICO - DONE
4. ICO phase, will probably use fake ID, fake photo, fake ip, fake escrow and fake everything  - DONE
5. Distribute tokens to ICO investors + pay a few BTCs to exchange to get it listed - DONE
6. Create shill/n00b accounts to back / defend this project - In Progress
7. Remove team info from the website - DONE
8. Remove block explorer - DONE
9. Remove website - TBD
10. Spend the ICO money and disappear from the forum - TBD
11. Move on to the next project - TBD

Rinse and repeat

Yeah, fuck the original devs aka L. De Graaf and C. Pietersen or whoever they are. These Dutch wankers won't feel guilty blowing investors money off their bloody asses. I have just gave this motherfucker a negative trust.

@Dev Where are you doing all this so called work on the coin ? You have not made a github commit since December last year.

We work on a local network. And we've had a disagreement with our Head developer and he left the team. Hence we hired 2 new developers to work together with us on our code.

The blockchain explorer daemon crashed. It is up and running again.

IGNORE THE FUD

Unfortunately this project is going nowhere. I acted as a community consultant for this coin but the developers also cheated me. I'm closing this thread to prevent them from doing more harm.

Ok so the original Dev hasn't shown up in a few weeks again. So we are looking at some options but the most likely one now is a coin swap at a 1:1 ratio

We will create a token and do a swap:
All coins swapped will remain in a burn wallet that will be destroyed. This option is very dependent on your participation. We need as many of the original iconic coins to take part in this swap so we can ruin the original chain.
The dev cannot do anything with this coin if nobody is using the original chain.

Over the next week or so we will create a test chain and make sure the swap works seamlessly.
Once we are happy with the swap we will go live and get rid of this A-hole once and for all.

The problem is present chain is not syncing at all we need some nodes in order to be able to sync and send transactions.

It's dying and no one seems to care. I would take this over if I had any coins but fortunately I don't have any and thus will not do anything to help u with the process of swapping. Many of u have tried to help revamping the older chain but no one has been smart enough to even post the list of working nodes. With this in mind I declare that this coin is officially dead.

Oh crap, take a look at http://explorer.iconicproject.com/

That animated shit has been there for months. Tumbleweed gif would suit it better tho.
