1. If you are bounty member ( in another case, I generally do not intend to purposefully appoint this post).
Participating in the bounty you agree with its rules. You can look at them again:
- We reserve the right to change bounty campaign rules

They can't go to the exchange bypassing the ICO process. The ICO process is point 1. The entry into the exchange is point 2. I saw those messages in the telegram and this is completely absurd. Think about it in your head or read that such an ICO process. They can't do it after trading on the exchange!!! ICO(Initial Coin Offering) is the process of selling tokens in ONE place at a single price. Now there is more than one place, and the price is dictated by market.
UPD oh ok I looked at your activity messages and realized that you smurf revizorcoin. 6/14 posts in this thread. And all the messages are positive. Although now revizorcoin is trying to deceive bountyhunters.
