When investor buys an asset-based token, does he sign any kind of smart contract
with an escrow company or the Platormn How does the Platorm guarantee money
return to investors if a company they invested in appears to be a scam?
Yes, the ABT issue and further interacton with investors will be govern by the smart contract.
Additonally, other legal agreements protectng interests of tokenholders between agricultural
company, the Platorm and an escrow company will be signed and provided to investors.
The Platorm will set high standards for audit and examinaton of a company prior to an ABT issue,
therefore “scam” companies will not even have a chance to issue tokens (at least within the Platorm).
Should the company default on its obligatons, the collateralized assets will be transferred to ownership
of the escrow company and sold consequently. The proceeds will be provided to the token holders.
