There was an MOA with Tokes to pay 5 BTC for the service Incent offered. They are refusing to honour this due to their raise being less than they expected.
Obviously this is not our responsibility. Until it is resolved all support is on hold.
I'd suggest that you take this up with Tokes in the meantime.

It's basically about all the work still to be done from our side. We are more than happy to fulfill our obligations but that requires TOKES to fulfill their part of the deal.

In short: TOKES is on hold until payment is received/escrowed.

So this is what goes on behind the scene and Tokes team can't come out to state the truth about what is causing delay.
It was a foolish decision on the part of Tokes team to offer Bitcoin instead of Tokes tokens, the reward should have been tied to the performance of the ICO , the fund received is barely enough to develop the platform talkless of offering 5BTC to anyone.

They have sealed the deal already and must fulfill it

I think that in fiat terms assuming current price of about 0.000045, it is very close to what your fiat cost would have been at the beginning of October 2016 if you were buying Incent at the 10,000 per bitcoin stage of the ICO.

I have to say it's an attractive price in terms of BTC, though of course barely changed from ICO in fiat terms.
We do have a good team and I will say that I was very encouraged during our recent week together. It was the first time I'd met three of them (I'd met Rob a few months back and regularly Skyped with him for 2+ years) and I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and experience. Richard Farrelly is a huge asset to the team and is generating some great leads, for example.
Right now what matters is getting the MVP out of the gate with customer 1. I think at that point things should become a lot clearer for investors and businesses interested in coming on board.
