IOST Blockchain Education- Progress Updates with University of Zurich Blockchain Center

IOST will once again be sponsoring the International Summer School Program 2021 “Deep Dive into Blockchain”, which will be held by the Blockchain Center of the University of Zurich (UZH) in Switzerland for three weeks starting July 4, 2021.
The 2021 summer school program will be taught by industry blockchain experts such as Tezos, IOTA, IBM Hyperledger, and CARDANO, as well as professors from various disciplines from several universities, who will engage in interactive classes with students from around the world.

METX provides Passive Income on IOST

METX is a rewards token listed currently on IOST and IoTeX Blockchains. Each are separate tokens designed to provide additional passive income to voters (delegators) of Metanyx with a unique economic model.

METX was the first token to be officially launched on the IOST Blockchain soon after the mainnet was launched in early 2019. METX is distributed to voters everyday based on their vote percentage of Metanyx, to receive METX simply vote for Metanyx.

IOST’s Technology Tops the 24th CCID Global Index For The 4th Consecutive Time

This is a comprehensive assessment and ranking of 37 well-known global public blockchain projects. In this evaluation period and right after IOST’s Hat-Trick in the previous ranking, IOST has successfully kept its first position in the basic technology sub-index, granting it the bronze medal in the overall ranking, surpassing major competitors such as TRON, Tezos, and QTUM blockchain.

CCID started conducting its Global Public Chain Technology Evaluation at the beginning of 2018. It is organized and implemented by CCID (Qingdao) Blockchain Research Institute Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The evaluation work is carried out in collaboration with several organizations, such as CCIDWise network security research institute, China Software Evaluation Center, “Cyberspace Security” magazine, etc. which are updated every two months.
