I doubt there is a single exchange that has not been called a scam by someone at some point. People seem to be trading on it just fine.
My suggestion as with ANY exchange is don't leave coins on it for a second longer than needed, keep amounts low to reasonable ie. don't put up your entire fortune and then cry if i gets lost. Stuff like that. If 2FA is available, USE IT!!

I think it's up to the much larger Japanese community to do something on this coin.
Hopefully the premine from the upcoming hard fork will be used to pay off an exchange.
I hate premines, but whatever. That's the name of the game these days.
Pay off a good exchange, or get listed by exit scam after exit scam.
