Community decided that by voting, not the devs.
It will not entirely go to devs, part will be used for bounties and probably decent exchange.
Not all developers are miners/investors, so I guess they want to attract some new devs with rewards.
Without good devs miners and investors will own much less worth coins.

The dev team determined that they get 4,320 koto/day.
They said it's developer's reward.
On the other hand, the only change through HF is this developer's reward.
Why do they acquire the right to get reward?
The HF is only for dev team, not for miners or investors.

This sounds like a good result.
Any idea of the amount of the dev fee? Eg. for every coin currently mined, how much will now go to dev? I don't really mind, just want to know it is reasonable and how much out of curiosity.

What's interesting about this Koto Project is that Koto is trying to protect our transaction and privacy evidence very well. And Koto can make it transparent if in want. This is what makes it look so interesting. Hopefully Koto more successful.

The pool has nothing to do with it. Maybe I will use the same domain at first, but the tradingsite in beta will be for Koto, LTC, Bitcoin and ETH. It's super simple and doesn't require accounts. You just enter the coin you want and the coin you have. Then your address and the address of the other person. Then a site gets generated where both parties can send their funds and after both are received, both parties receive their funds. It's just a basic escrow site.
