Hey all, I am solo mining and just found a block 3 hours ago but it is not getting confirmed.  Is something up?

Do I need to check anything on my end?  In the past they did not take this long to get confirmed and credited.

New to this coin and solo mining.

Thanks!

What you're hashrate? I though it was very hard by now to mine solo....

Maybe he means POS? The hashrate is indeed too high (at least for me) to mine solo. There are not many coins out there to be mined solo these days.

How many coins per day at a pool per Mh/s?  I don't know if it's worth doing it solo.  Was just messing around after x11 profitability dropped recently.

Around 16 Mh/s with 3 nvidia cards.  Averaging just over 1 block per day, so this orphan is unwelcome.

What is it you expect the dev to do here guys ?
You keep expecting more but more what ?

And bear in mind every coin is the same and no dev posts 24/7 on the coin topic for ever.
At a certain point it's up to all of us to take the lead and give the dev a chance to take a break.
And if he comes back and see's we kept his project alive THEN maybe he can see about a phase 2 of sorts.
I know i need a break from any coding project i have done in the last 10+ years.. you get burned out Sad
but always come back Wink

Overall i give you all a round of applause for being great supporters and putting up a lot of diverse types of support.
Good job everyone Smiley

Relax kick back and do what ya wanna do ..have fun.

PS:
i hope that pool gets sorted out.. sounds like a fork going on but he just said they we're re-indexing the block chain so..

+1
But what is phase 2? I see nothing needed by this coin apart from gaining more popularity. Yes it would be good to have some "anonymicity" as it is popular now, but I don't see a reliable algo for it now. Most are promises, and some are with special hash algos (eg CryptoNotes).

Another thing, is that everyone can help improving the code or add new features. Just implement, test and then do a pull request. No need to rely on dev. The source is public, network is p2p so no one has control to it...

who runs the faucet?

I run the faucet; donate address is in the top menu.
What block are the pools on?

Edit; Explorer is out of sync, as I restarted the daemon and some how ended up on the fork. Resync now and it will be backup soon.

So both the explorer and hashharder ended up mining a fork. Shows that it is definitely possible for a 51% pool to cause a fork, despite the PoW/PoS mix!

ya interesting point considering a guy was just saying it was not possible on the previous page LOL

It was all fine until I restarted the daemon ... very weird!

It an orphan, it will never get confirmed (someone submitted it before you).

Boo!

Was hoping this wasn't the case.  1 orphan in 6 blocks found is not a good %.

Just out of curiousity, how many jpc does one get at a pool per MH per day?  I may want to join up.

Still have not rec'd coins even though block explorer says that they were. Makes no sense if no fork occurred.

Fuck!

Putting aside the your mined coins from earlier, are you STILL mining at HH right now?

I resynced my wallet and still did not get my coins. If the pool doesn't have then, and I do not have them, and there is no fork, where did they go? They have to be somewhere.

No. HashAtMe.com. That seems to be working.

Hashharder is also fully working

Finding blocks again. Confirmed on same chain as hashatme. We need more hashrate though to even out the pools.
