Did you backup your wallet.dat before updating?

Okay, that is great.

Then what exactly your problems are?
Your balance is less than before updating?
Why you can not access your 2 wallets?

This is what I see:

Close the wallet, back up wallet.dat, create a shortcut to the wallet on your desktop, right click and go to properties, add -rescan to the end of the location after .exe, and then open wallet again.

If they don't show up after that you can try the same thing, just put -salvagewallet instead

Hopefully one of those fixes it. Don't forget to delete the shortcut or remove the command at the end if it works.
