Well I am now the proud owner of almost 50million freshly dumped coins. Wouldn't have put up those walls if I didn't like it that way. They've got a better home now. ;-)

picture this way. at this moment we have about 200-300 loyal fans. this number is small. if we start the donation now, our help will only be a small dent.
If we how ever come together and invest thousands of dollars to our company now. We will grow much bigger. Once our numbers grown into the tens of thousand users. it will be much easier to start donation.
One of our goals is to reach high user numbers and then come together a co-found new companies/organization/services (that are doing good for the people) and ask them to donate back to us a small percentage.
if 100 000 people donate $1 worth a week , that would crowd-fund one business a week. Eventually all this investments will come back to us 10x more and at the same time we are growing a positive network.
Karmacoin has given us . not only the tool to invest money within a second. but also has brought people together.
How many times have you had a great idea but lacked the people to invest in it? Well hopefully, if we push hard enough. This will come true.
of course , this is one of our few goals. and i am sure as the community grow so will the ideas and they will definitely shape our karmashare.
this was not a hype post , only a call to invest back into the company for now. Help us grow so that we can grow into a the network this coin deserves to grow. of course this goal is not close so invest safely

What does it mean "total percentage of the company" value ? Right now is at 9.41%. What happens if before the Quantum period 1 its at 100% ?

It would be impossible, because we have about 50% of coins mined now.
We are still reserving ownership for the undiscovered coins. But you will still get the profit share of those undiscovered coins (and those coins that have not claimed shares)
That's part of the magic of PoC. You show proof, you get the booty. No proof? No booty!

That would be extremely stupid and unthinkable.
Put it this way.. we have a press release going out tomorrow. That release will cost money (as will the lawyer fees for this week). I am still reaching into my own pocket to pay for them both, We want to grow Karmashares and Karmacoin, not harm them by doing what is economically unfeasible.
The "Transactions out: 0" value will be that way for a while. I like it like that. I'll explain it to the accountant later.
When we spend anything that will be transparent. You'll also be able to vote on that stuff.
I don't mind paying for anything that potentially increases the value of my own coins enough to cover the costs (that's how I see it, anyway)

Not sure what your agenda is. you have been asking good questions but have been ignored because you follow up those questions with accusations.
Seems like you might be a bit frustrated because you have not understood what the karmashares purpose is and how it will run. you are seeing people excited here and its triggering you to attack them. of course i could be wrong, and read your intentions wrong.
Either way. our solo purpose is to build a network of doing good. But this forum is mostly made up of "investors" so of course they are excited to see this progress and dream of happy and rich-full thoughts.
If you have been following our coin. we have agreed that donating money to charities as of now is not an option. To raise $2000 our members will have to donnate million of karma. this is not ideal. and it will not do good when we cash out the coin for bitcoins. creating a huge sell on our trades.
This is why we lunched karmashers. through karmashares , as an organization we will push our goals to grow and grow. Karmashare is not a coin and is not limited to a trade market value. We will be able to expand in other angles that karmacoin as cryptocurrency can not. Karmacoin will be our mean of trasactions and the only currencie that karmashares will us. Unless other coins join us. we have asked others before.
So, please do not attack the coin if you get upset by posters here. Even my post should not be judged as %100 representation of Karmacoin.
If you do not like how this coin is heading you can start getting involved and explain why things should be done differently.
Also, i side with you. i don't like hyping and spreading FUD. But we have to be lieniant a day or two. This coin just jumped %600 higher. after we have been working hard how to push the boundaries.
Just so you know @yourstruly : you are the first person to call this coin a scam. thanks for poppin' that cherry man. We been working hard to stay as fair and move forward as organically as we can.
Three months this coin has been trying to push its purpose.

No. Ownership will be tied to the wallet address it was sent from.
However, we're hoping that the first release of the share explorer will allow you to login and see all of your points in one place (that would make the most sense)
