Who Are We?
CharityMiningPools was created to allow miners the ability to mine coins while still knowing that their hashing power is going towards something good. Our goal is to provide a positive and reliable service while delivering a small portion of the proceeds to a deserving recipient. Plans are in the works to allow individual miners to choose where they would like to donate to based on a pool of available recipients.
How Does This Work?
All coins minded at CharityMiningPools will require a mandatory 0.5% Donation fee. This donation fee will be collected and donated to the designated charitable recipient for that given month. Though we only require a minimum 0.5% Donation fee, we welcome and encourage our miners to raise the stakes and donate more to a good cause.

No reason not to buy on an exchange.
Sometimes dealing with a forum user is much better for so many reasons: buy more quantity, better deals, etc.
But other times is just horrible...

The term Karmashare popped and idea in my mind. What about creating some web based uses for Karmacoin.... For eg: Karmashare reminded me about Rapidshare, the file hosting service.... Start a file hosting site, where the premium accounts are bought with Karmacoin.. Or tie up with a freemium game developer, where the game upgrades are bought using karmacoin.. Or create apps, which can be bought with karmacoin..... etc..
We should mandate a portion of profits go to a random charity each month and have it showcased. Great ideas man!

Some of you may be a bit surprised by the expanded direction of Karmacoin. It's all detailed in our Phase 2 project plan and Phase 2 schedule
Karmacoin is on its way to becoming a global brand, and this is how we do it.
Also, we are looking for ways to integrate the sites so you don't have to logon twice. A separate "Karmashare" site will allow more people to use it, share it, understand it, etc. It is important that each of the Karmacoin sites has a distinct purpose, but will the same message of Karmacoin.
