Imagine a world without banks.......
Can somebody tell me that how I can follow the syncing status of Agama KomodoNative wallet? There's just reading "Synchronization is in progress...". And from where I can find Basilisk mode? Also is Agama more stable on Linux or Windows?

Thanks in advance!
The most stable version is the non-gui. That means you must understand how to use the command line. If you are not on Slack yet, send me your email in PM and I will add you. In the #support channel we have people who can help walk you through the non-gui install if needed.

Ive already tried re-installing everything and deleting all the old stuff, no luck. Is there another wallet I can use to import my Komodo or am I stuck with the non working agama?

The wallet here (https://support.supernet.org/support/solutions/articles/29000013936-installing-and-using-agama-for-the-first-time-on-windows-and-updating-gui-) is the latest version for Windows and running it in native mode is the most stable, there is no other wallet I am aware of that I can suggest as an earlier version worked for me, but then stopped.

All I can suggest is that you remove everything and restart your pc to make sure it is gone and then try to reinstall again... windows can be finnicky with this stuff and leave files lying around.

The best idea is to join the supernet slack (http://slackinvite.supernet.org/) and see if someone can help you in real-time.

I have a macbook, can someone link me to the MAC agama wallet link? I'll give it one more try, lets hope it works this time.
https://artifacts.supernet.org/latest/

above has the links to the latest in testing. depending on what the last version you ran was, it could very well solve all your issues. I ran the osx agama and it worked fine for me

So I re-downloaded agama again and tried to install it. It said there was an older version so it asked weather I want to "Uninstall" the features and start new or "reinstall current version" and it doesn't matter which one I click on I keep getting the following error:

The latest build for Mac is not stable. I suggest using the non-gui if you are having problems. Currently the new build is available for testing but you can join Slack so our support guys can walk through the non-gui install if needed. It's difficult to troubleshoot on bitcointalk.

Can you tell me your opinion... Is this real competition for Komodo or they are aiming for another part of the market Huh

https://steemit.com/stack/@kriptonoob/is-this-next-big-thing-stack-global-payments-crypto-fiat-hybrid-solution
We dont want to directly be involved with fiat, so this is a complementary project

Thanks... Can you tell me what is the main reason for this? Bank control of fiat or there are some other reasons?
The moment you touch fiat, you would need to know about all the rules and regulations for that fiat. I guess I am just too lazy to read 1000+ pages

glad to hear this!
we finally have an improved sync for windows that while it isnt blazing fast, at least it doesnt waste a lot of bandwidth. the sync time wont be as good as other OS, but should be much improved.

recently we sped up the startup time by 4x, which hopefully will make it less likely for people to get impatient and killing the process, which if done improperly corrupts the DB at worst and at best requires a rescan.

Thanks to you and your team James! The speed increase is definitely noticeable and various other strange little display bugs have now gone.  Grin
mark81 deserves the credit for the windows speedup. he has tirelessly testing dozens of syncs, slowly zeroing on the causal factor.

Hello community, I have been around there since the BitcoinDark mining days using the ID "SHossain" which got hacked few months ago and I do not have access to that anymore. I just created this account today and sent a polite message to the account thief/hacker to give back the access to me. I registered that account on July 05, 2014, 10:08:45 PM. The hacker used the id to post something in Chinese and now in English on different threads. This is the link of the profile https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/shossain-352440 and this is the link of all the latest posts https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/shossain-352440;sa=showPosts

Don't get scammed by that thief/hacker and if you can help me to get my access back that would be lovely.

I just had my account hacked and got it back. Just contact Cyrus and get the account back. You can prove it with your IP address on the current account which will match the old account's majority of logins previously.

Thank you CryptoNick, I sent a PM to Cyrus couple of days ago. Haven't heard from him yet. Is there any other MODs or Admin accounts who can help me out on this? I really would love to get my account access back.

I have some questions regarding Monaize and tokens.
I've read white paper so i just want to make sure i got it right and ask some questions.

1. Is Monaize platform directed only for business ?
2. There is a mention about integrating crypto but in what form - payment gateway, payments between users, ... ? (Komodo already is  "atomic swap machine") so what's the point in Monaize - interface ?
3. Tokens are there only for loyality rewards ?
4. Will Monaize debit cards support KMD, crypto (similar to TenX, Monaco) / when ?

Finally got the new AGAMA wallet to open in native mode but its been "Synchronizing" For the past 3 days. Is this normal guys?

I am in the same boat. I installed the latest beta version in native mode (advised a few pages back in this thread). I am syncing 2-3 days now, with regular restarts. It imports the seed fine, but nothing is happening and unfortunately you can not see in Agama how far the sync has progressed. In the app data/roaming folder I see that the blocks folder is increasing in size every time I restart, but I believe it is not progressing after a few minutes (now total at 1.99Gb). Any ideas?

Download the latest Agama wallet from here >>> https://artifacts.supernet.org/latest/
I recommend to start from new/fresh installed, so delete your old Komodo files from your, Appdata/Roaming folder.....then you can start new installed the new Agama wallet.

I also recommend you to keep open your wallet till it finished download....i thinks, if you closed your wallet before it finished download, it thinks it will be slower to download when you open your wallet the second time, when you tried to finished your download again the next day.

So just start installed Agama from new/fresh....it took me 5-7 hours to download all the blockchain from start to finished on the Native mode.

So, I cleaned everything, installed latest agama, imported seed, downloaded all blocks without touching it, but in the end.. nothing. Agama is still showing as if it is syncing while cli command getinfo shows all blocks are there.
Can you join Slack so that I can help you troubleshoot live? Please send me your email in PM and I will add you to slack if you aren't already in the community. Message me on the #support channel or @ptytrader

Why people are selling? They must be idiots...  Smiley

Because the developers have not yet discovered something called marketing.
Komodo is probably the best technology in crypto but without marketing people will not realize it.
