We are working on the Chameleon Wallet, which is a redesign of Agama.
Here is a preview:

Nice to see that. Keep up the good work.
Was wondering if it would be possible to have all (non-zero balance) assets that are related to a Komodo address (or multiple addresses) automatically listed in the wallet without having the need to manually add/activate them (as it is the case now with Agama).

But the different is most. Many of this projects are just tokens, which can solves a problem. Komodo is a complete ecosystem and a kind of operating system for these tokens. Komodo is more!!!

My opinion is, that many tokens are overrated or Komodo is underrated.

Great comment here on why KMD will increase in value but can you do better? https://www.reddit.com/r/komodoplatform/comments/9bjohl/why_will_komodo_be_growing_in_the_future/

I'm sure that komodo platform will become the best one for users and crypto-community in next year.
Now We are now ready to welcome the 1 millionth block at the weekend and this is potential stage for future development of komodo platform .
I expect it will reach on the top 10 of coinmarketcap next year or sooner.

Komodo is probably a new token wallet. This wallet needs to be highly secure so as not to cause loss to the wallet owner! The project should focus on purse wallet so there are no cases like hacking or losing token! These days, there are cases of hacking. Every purse needs to be highly secure!

Left the style and color palette of Komodo please...
Or modify the design of the KOMODO in it's color palette, without changing to black and blue.
Or create an option in the Settings what design to use - old KOMODO or new Chameleon.

The Chameleon wallet is being developed by the ChainZilla team. However, it's called Chameleon because you will be able to change the skins.

OK. Thank you. Wink

The new app doesn't require any install. However, the team is still tweaking native so I would use it on spv on Mac

The new Agama wallet download doesn't require an install. You can simply drop the Agama.app icon into your application folder and you will see it in the app list

Pls vote Komodo on this Twitter poll: https://twitter.com/teddycleps/status/1034917975663562768
Already did. Komodo is in second position, guys vote if you haven't already.   Smiley

I wish that the KOMODO will announce their plans for developments simultaneously with rebranding process.
KOMODO, by now, is one of top altcoins in CMC.
Let's rebrand and bring KOMODO to the top 20 in CMC.
I hope the re-branding does not change the style and color palette of Komodo. I like this design so much Cool
Would be great if get to choose design by vote(we've been voting a lot lately lol).

To be almost like a regular exchange and increase the efficiency of trades, the utxo splitting should be handled automatically by the Barterdex and the Hyperdex. I think this will much increase the number of users and the number of daily trades. If the production of matching utxo:s are left to the user the work done by the user slows efficiency and user adoption. Everyone trading cryptocurrency knows how to use an exchange. If just the splitting to matching utxo problem could be done automatically the experience would be like a regular exchange.

I agree that this would be a healthy addition to the UX of the platform. Many people already have a steep learning curve with both the technology and technology/ecosystem FUD so comfortable UX experiences help ease user worries and doubt imho.

The limits of the first implementation are well understood and, while HyperDex will help, a good gui can only improve it up to a certain limit. There is a team working full time on rewriting the core engine (marketmaker2.0) that will make a completely different experience, see here:

https://github.com/jl777/SuperNET/blob/dev/iguana/exchanges/mm2.md

From latest I read an alpha is expected by end of year and full release in Q1 2019  Cool

Great list of functionality coming in Market Maker 2. With at least three winning improvements.
https://www.reddit.com/r/komodoplatform/comments/93yyqc/ama_on_monday_6th_august_with_our_quality/e3p4jg8
"1) 100% ordermatch, regardless of utxo state"
"6) hostable via website"
"7) nearly identical user experience to central exchanges"

Looking forward to Market Maker 2.

those three alone are going to be a game changer. I can't wait!

New HyperDex Release Alpha11 is out !!

https://github.com/atomiclabs/hyperdex/releases/tag/v0.1.0-alpha.11

Changelog

-Support for ERC20 tokens
-Add Unicoin (MYTH) to default currencies
-Add ability to export trade history to CSV. For example, for use in Excel.
-In the swap details modal, link transactions to block explorer web pages.
-Limit the amount of swaps shown in the "Recent Swaps" box in the Exchange view.
-Render numbers with decimal instead of exponential notation in number input fields.
-Swap details modal tweaks.
-Add "Help" menu item to report security issues.
-Fix duplicate labels in the portfolio charts.
-Use official HyperDEX PGP key when signing checksums.
-Update to BarterDEX Marketmaker v1.0.342.
-Translation updates.

I have used the Barterdex exchange many times for the sale of CHIPS for KMD. Today I have tried the latest nightly build of the Hyperdex exchange.
Both exchanges require the deposit of the desired trade sum split into some parts. I have read two different advises. One advises splitting the desired trade size into three equal size deposits. And one advises depositing 1.0x, 1.2x and 0.1x the desired trade size.

What are the checksum for the new agama wallets?

They are provided via the virustotal links on the github release page  https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/Agama/releases

The link urls actually contain the sha256 checksum

For example:

osx: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/bd38bdd5d3ae1ee23ac28dab8bd819de9ba15a888e3e531514c36b0d7cc9d100/detection

From my own download of 0.2.41d:

$ shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/Agama_OSX_0.2.41d.tar.gz
bd38bdd5d3ae1ee23ac28dab8bd819de9ba15a888e3e531514c36b0d7cc9d100

Great, thank you very much for pointing that out!

We are happy to announce that the phase 1 Airdrop to Komodo holders has been completed
https://medium.com/chainzilla/airdrop-phase-1-complete-fae9e951dd19

I also wanted to get Zilla airdrop, but for this it was necessary to keep 500 KMD
I did not know that, and bought only 50 KMD. So I did not get anything unfortunately.
But I liked this project.

I sold out all my KMD in a flash dump last year. I regret now.
At that time I dont have much knowledge about crypto & I even did not know what is Komodo, I was just trading KMD on Bittrex when I found it was in a good price.
