Finally, Komodo began to grow at least a little. This is especially important when people understand how good the Komodo network is.

I heard that Komodo's speed of translation is faster than VISA. Is it true? If so, why is the project's token in such a sorry state?

Entire market is in a sorry state, and I think that those numbers of transactions was in a tested state right? If someone can correct me? Like it was a tested spam attack on the network but it didn show like 40k tps or something?

I think a lot of coins have a huge tps throughput, but all don't offer what komodo does with privacy and smart contracts. Def some upside here with komodo vs other smart token platforms.

Any update on the supposed rebrand later this year?
I agree, the whole market today is just awful. I have already lost almost all the hopes that once there will be a market turn.  Embarrassed I have not heard about new updates on the network.

Imagine a world without banks.......
Thank you, the project inspired me. I think i will buy some ZCash.
Um, this is Komodo announcement thread that uses Zcash privacy feature (it's enhanced though and is better). go buy KMD. Tongue

Tell me, how soon will the next airdrop?
Are you talking about ZILLA airdrop? it's over. i don't think there will be more airdrops..

There's going to be one more airdrop after the ICO.

VOTE2019 election will probably have even more candidates offering rev shares, and yes,  that will be good for marketing Komodo.

Passive income streams help survive the bear market, everything adds up, and KMD already has 5% reward So rev shares is really the icing on the cake!
There also be a lot more new Komodo hodlers by 2019 election. Wink it would also be my first time to vote for a notary node operator..

The first 2 elections were very successful at bootstrapping the notary system, but I expect the third election in 2019 will be quite different , more candidates, and probably some candidates will run as registered businesses or other more official 'entities' which will be great for the komodo ecosystem as a whole as it will create multiple entry points and legal partners for traditional non crypto businesses to engage with, similar to how everyone on Wall St is waiting for Bitcoin ETF and proper legally setup custodial services before they can enter the crypto field.

Next election will hopefully create 10-20 well financed legal access points for all the businesses who might want to experiment with blockchain but need a legal partner who can sign contracts with to fit into their legal obligations, and that allows jl777 to keep doing what he does best, and maintain his privacy.

This is a crucial element IMO, traditional businesses operate in the legacy world of rules and regulations, and even if a crypto project has the best tech, if businesses can't use it because they can't find a legal partner to work with the tech can't  be adopted, even if it's the best.

The 64 notaries provide so much to the whole ecosystem, and I expect  election 2019 will look and feel a lot more 'professional'.

Komodo Analysis

Komodo has also resolved his RSI bearish and the char continues to correct itself in the channel!

The 50's EMA line represents the current resistance here and it will be very difficult to break it sustainably!

Are the notary operators who offered profit shares for VOTES in the notary election paying up as promised?

These bear market prices must be squeezing notary profits to the bone, have there been any defaults, or reneging on promises so far?

I can't speak for each one but I have seen numerous distributions.
Do notary node operators really share profits with those who vote for them? i've recently joined or bought komodo, still learning things.. how does this works, can anyone explain?

If it was in their proposal...
Oh, okay. thanks for the reply.

So far I have received approx monthly distribution from the notary I voted for who offered a profit share, I think all who offered an incentive for VOTE2018 will pay up, everything was very transparent in the candidate proposals so any who don't honor their commitments will be exposed and not likely to get elected again. The blockchain reveals all!!

They should market this point more, it is another extra benefit that adds to komodo but few people know it

They each get approximately 1500 KMD each month.
1500 * 0.00017500 = 0.2625 BTC
0.2625 * 6350 = 1666.875 dollars

They are worth getting this reward because they have invested money for their servers working well on KMD platform .
Until now KMD platform is very stable and good-working for many coins on this blockchain.
