I even restarted my pc and still the Latium wallet does that. I even started syncing all over again and it works perfectly for awhile then all of a sudden gives that error message. Can't you upload a bootstrap for us please ?
The wallet should still sync regardless of the "Checkpoint is too old" message. If you are still having problems syncing please go to latium.org and scroll down to the "For a faster wallet sync..." section. There you will find a zip file to download and directions on how to import it into your Latium folder. Let us know if that does not help or if you have already tried it. Thanks!

How are we gonna switch to Ethereum and are you going to get rid of your 100 billion spare coins after we switch? Seems very excessive and unneeded on Ethereum. If these coins are gonna have value you should cut back to a more modest 10-20%.
