They are on old wallet version 0.16.1.1 (also on the wrong block high), and still, they didn't update it to version 0.16.3.a Mandatory update without excluding older versions makes no sense in my eyes.

At least you could put a warning about that your wallet is off-chain, so new customers don't use your chain. Now, my LCC is stuck in your exchange and no signs of when I'm going to be able to withdraw them.

I bought some LCC coins but can't withdraw them because the withdrawal failed.
