i have my ltc into ledger but dont want to use 3rd party (private key software) so will we able to use ledger for getting lcc like MEW ? it has to be easy way to get them cuz i saved my 24 word phrasse as a poster and there is no more backup for me

I really dont get why everyone is hating on the project.
Up until yesterday, I was so busy, I did not even realize we are going to have a fork.
If price stays like this (I doubt it at least short term) this is going to be a nice fork for me. Getting money for doing nothing and holding coins you already hold is not bad lol.
So I am going to wait a couple of weeks until everyone got over the first rush. Then I will look at the price, decide if its still worth it (probably it will) to by a second ledger, transfer my coins to the new ledger, extract my private keys from the old, import them in whatever wallet LCC has by then, grab my LCC and kill my first ledger seed and create a new one.
All my LTC and everything else is going to be safe, I got my LCC and I got a spare Ledger lol
I would advise everyone to do the same and not stress about it.
UNLESS you actually bought LTC for a fork or you bought LCC. IN THAT CASE PANIC LIKE NETHER BEFORE.

Are the wallets available yet? i can't see the download for windows,mac etc.. just download bootstrap on the site.
Just download bootstrap first, so as soon as devs release the wallet for all platform, u can use that bootstrap. It is the same bootstrap for all Operating Systems.
You have to just extract it into installation folder.

Looks like they redid the Bootstrap links. I too saw that they actually removed the Bootstrap links and just had the word "Wallets"

This is how they make money by supporting every single fork they don't allow deposits juts let them trade who let their coins there. Yobit is more likely a casino and it treated in this sense which makes it untrustworthy to take risk of letting coins there. I will wait for other exchanges if there will be any which seems hard as of now no announcement. It will remain on Yobit like some bitcoin's forks.
How reliable is YoBit for withdrawals? Has anyone tried recently? I've never used them.
I use it often, I've never had a problem, just be aware that the wallet is online from the currency you are transferring, if you are offline you will lose your funds, and be aware of the fees
Hey, thanks for the advice. Just to clarify, are you saying that you need to be signed in to your YoBit account at the exact time that you send funds to that account from your wallet?

Amazing that Litecoin is fianally having a fork! I just waited a couple for years for this I think it really was worth to hold all the ways up and down. I just took some profit while the spikes but not to much.
