Anarchy is not chaos.
When can I buy LCC on an exchange?
add to which of the exchange?

Not open on Yobit or Tradesatoshi yet. I'm not a member of the others, so can't adequately check.

I think mining will be ... a problem to start.  Mainnet will have to be online first, it took Bitcoin Gold weeks to get mainnet online.  Once a couple of pools came online, it wasn't profitable to mine them.  I mined BTG for a month right after their mainnet came online, before I switch back to something more profitable.

I hope LCC does pull some sha256 miners away from BTC
1) keep BTC mining difficulty in check from going up
2) give more options for mining with sha256 asics

i have 1 transfer to my exodus wallet tthat hasnt gone through yet, can i wait til it does, then move my funds and collect my LCC?

If it didn't go through at or prior to the fork block, you missed it.

If it just hasn't appeared yet, but is confirmed in the block chain at or prior to the fork block, you're good.

ill try the first two pools and still no wallet?

no wallet, no mining i guess?  Huh Huh Huh

no Smiley im also waiting for wallet

Patience, peeps. Unless the pools were given advance access to the code, they gotta sync up the same as the rest of us.

I was kind of hoping they'd release the wallets passcoded a bit before launch, but they didn't.

Thanks. So is that the case for any exchange/online wallet too? So no mining at the moment

why some people crib here.OK,for time being assume this is another scam. What are you losing and how will it effect you ? are you sending any coins to dev or are you paying any fee.If you like collect some coins from the fork or just ignore and move on

Litecoin itself is not a real coin. They claimed it is a lighter version of bitcoin. Also please ask Charlie Lee,why he pumped up LTC to and sold all his coins at ATH ? It is a bigger scam .The conflict interest is  a BS and lie.If he really believed LTC is is baby ,he should have chosen LTC over coinbase !

BTW,I don't have any LTC or plan to get LCC coins from fork

Litecoin is 100% legit, and there are many things in the works which will help it continue to grow stronger.  As a volunteer with the Litecoin Foundation, I can tell you that Charlie Lee (along with others) are very actively involved in seeing Litecoin develop and grow.  Anyone that is only buying LTC for the LCC split and plans to sell LTC after will be missing out on the best to come.

LCC seems a bit tongue in cheek, and frankly, I don't see a GREAT use case for it, but it's certainly not scammy from what I see. No effort has been made to portray it as an official fork by anyone BUT Charlie Lee, who while I admire, I have to wonder about.

His selling off of his whole LTC stash bothers me. LTC has been a solid coin and a fair investment, not to mention the basis of countless alts, for a long time. I use LTC regularly myself, and don't intend to stop. Putting it in "park" for a bit for this fork does me no harm Cheesy
do you think LCC will take LTC's place of honor?

No. It's grown quite beyond Mr. Lee, and I don't think he meant any harm anyway. I just found his reasoning flawed. If he were 'only in it for the money' he would have quit years ago. The reaction didn't make sense. But LTC is a great crypto, and will keep on keeping on. LCC is just born, assuming the fork worked, and we'll have to see where it goes Cheesy

Hi
New in this world of crypto.
Question:
I have LTC in JAXX. As you know, JAXX move the amount of LTC in a new adress after you receive. That means I have empty LTC address on JAXX and adress with LTC. Can I use the private key from an old empty LTC address from JAXX to claim LLC ??uote]
