would the community be down for reducing staking rewards to 100 coins per block over a 4 year period?

Good idea to reduce the reward.  That's maybe a little too low but it's a good idea to reduce the staking rewards.

My wallet is constantly now going into not staking mode.  Any suggestions?  I will try a wallet repair.

try password protect the wallet, let it sync up and then unlock the wallet

I do always use a password, if that is what you mean.  It still stops staking after a few now and goes into "not staking" mode even when the wallet is unlocked.

I can try locking the wallet at that point and then unlocking it.  Not sure if that is what you meant.
when that happens you have to restart the wallet, let it sync up then unlock and good to double check if you got messed up coin inputs by checking with repairwallet in command

https://mega.nz/file/Dxo0nZBB#M-l9QtPhRJJuSYBxKYi0rxYjOipO-ClGG1tIbNr07As  snapshot from june 22 if you need to update your wallet blockchain so its more up to date

I did the open and close the wallet several times and after about 8 times it was all synced.

Thanks for your help (although I know I recommended that technique before but I doubt I discovered it).

I had to turn off a staking computer that has Litedoge on it for about four days and now I cannot sync after two days.  I tried rebooting the program once.

I have 20 connections.

Are there recent nodes?  I don't remember if there needs to be a .conf file for this wallet.

Thanks for the support.

Let's have fun!
Any reliable exchange accepts LDOGE deposits now?

It seems altmarkets.io is the only one, but it has disabled LDOGE deposits, saying that it is 'investigating deposit issues'.

@dev, could you try to contact altmarkets.io to help resolve the issues?

finexbox works good https://www.finexbox.com/market/pair/LDOGE-DOGE.html
altmarkets.io is in the process of updating their wallet

I am not sure if the negative reviews I heard about finexbox are real or not. But at least their huge withdrawal fees are real. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/finexbox-is-scam-5169895

So I still hope that you can help altmarkets.io to resolve their LDOGE deposit issues.

For now it seems you have already got a grasp on their wallet issue. Glad to know about it.  Smiley

Unnamed still accepts deposits of LDoge and withdrawal of various coins.

I knew about Unnamed. Unfortunately, I am afraid I cannot consider this exchange either reliable or safe.
