Can you confirm what the block value is you are using to calculate daily estimated LEAF?

yes, these are false positives. We dont do virusses 
as goes for any update/upgrade, always backup your previous states ( in this case wallet.dat ).
i strongly advise you to backup your wallet to a memory stick.
maybe even encrypt your wallet, just in case this is going to the moon.
the update in the source is rather small but trivial.
