btw, had a system crash yesterday and that somehow broke my wallet.dat, this is what my debug.log shows:

...
2014-01-25 15:46:46 Renamed wallet.dat to wallet.1390664806.bak
2014-01-25 15:46:46 Error: Salvage found errors, all data may not be recoverable.
2014-01-25 15:46:46 Salvage(aggressive) found no records in wallet.1390664806.bak.
...

So must I kiss my recently bought 3M leafs (for ~0.3 BTC) goodbye or is there a way to save them?

i cant support system crashes.... if salvage wallet fails... it is probably bad news.

you tried the -salvagewallet option?

Yes, I did, and pywallet also, but no luck. I guess I have to kiss my 3M leafs goodbye Sad

PSA: ALWAYS MAKE COPIES OF YOUR wallet.dat

I stay with updamoon. Working good since the beginning for me Smiley

Thats fine but  "Failed to connect to database" makes me nervous Smiley

A simple DNS error. (Maybe China DNS ROOT error)
updamoon running on the cluster.
(3 Web Server, 2 Mining Server, 2 Wellet Server,1 Super Node, 1 Database)

Shows.  The server may be down for maintenance, there may be a network problem, or the site may be experiencing excessive load.

Is it ok. ?
Not excessive load, We web site is scalable.
Do not need maintenance.
Mining server always fine.

i will be looking into deb/rpm packages

already have deb packages made, will upload those on my server in a moment.

let me know where to put.. i will upload them to mega and put them on the homepage.

even a bounty might apply.

Get them from: http://repo.freevec.org/repo/incoming/

I'll create an apt-able repo soon in that URL, and I'll also post debs for dogecoin but also for other arches (i386, armhf, powerpc), just in case people are interested in those as well.

can i hot link these? ps we need i386 as well.

Sure you can, but right now it's not apt-able, once I get the repo to work, you can just update the URL (ofc source debs will be included as well!). i386 will follow.
