I am thinking this should be the coin logo. The torch is a universal and everyone understands what it symbolizes. Since it is a global currency we should refrain from making it too "Amercianized".

Agree, an excellent logo.

Thinking in marketing the torch coin could be a very good brand for stores.
The name of the coin is fabulous. With this name we could have a very good marketing name.

Imagine something like franchising with that name: liberty caffe, liberty corner, liberty underware, liberty newspapper, liberty florist, liberty bookstore, and so on, where we could pay with liberty card. After that we could have liberty neighbour street, liberty farm, liberty hotel...

In the time of the basics civils rights been cut in europe and america in first hand and over all the world, the liberty money, products, stores, we have fertile ground to liberty coin grow and be a truely help for the people...

I'm dying.
Instead of talking about a coin which is 10th in CMC, focus on bringing XLB close to 10th position.

Would the coin look good with the hand & torch on one side, centred, with no words and the broken "L" and "Libertycoin" (in the font used on the torch logo) underneath it on the other side?

What do you guys think about the coin logo? Should we keep the old one or change to the new one?

I for one like the logo.

I don't like the level of censorship here, however.  I do believe in this coin.  I have posted legitimate questions (not in any way negative, just questions) and they have been deleted.

I believe that non FUD questions should be answered, not just the rah rah stuff.

I will agree the censorship needs to be loosened a bit. I personally do not have issue with legitimate concerns. As I have said before I think healthy debate is good. I will speak to the dev about setting about guidelines so the community knows what lines not to cross. But I agree deleting anything negative is not good.
We must keep both models head and  tail of Libertycoin!

If the coin falls head, you win if it falls tail, you win too, because the coin is good! Wink

Can Anyone here be able to produce a graphic animation with heads and tails?

It's a very good idea... as i work in 3D i could do something with both sides of the coin... if posible I only need the psd with layers of the 2 logos

Hah.  The Hand of Liberty seems more poetic to me.

Sadly, what I wrote isnt a conspiracy.  It is just the way that ruthless people try to take your money.

If you watch crypto prices for a while, you will see the same pattern over and over again.

Tinfoil hats are so 2010.  I suggest a space age polymer formula for all of your conspiracy head apparel needs.

"The Hand of Liberty" sound really great, but it doesn't fit for a bunch of greedy people.

LOL that looks awfully:

That conspiracy hat rocks!  How can you say it is worse than tinfoil - blasphemy!

*** watchout ***  I think I see the hand of liberty in your wallet "liberating" your coins...

i was being sarcastic. i am well aware of IE's skills. he kills coins simple as that. but if he wants to prove everyone wrong then he's running out of time

This is flat our lie? Where did he kill a coin? Give us examples and something to look at, otherwise your just plain lying and spreading FUD. He got BC up to 90k on his promotions, and it died cause of Soepkip that couped the coin and started a foundation. Hope you realize Soepkip turns down free help on BC, and also the whole gang is kids, running a million dollar investment to the ground.

Once they crossed IE, and the promotion of the coin stopped, BC died. This is what happened, so don't go spreading FUD.

I believe IE has good intentions here, if not then I'll stand corrected. But there is a lot of BS history with BC that you can go read yourself, on old BC thread and find out what really happened. Now back to liberty coin, and lets move past this stuff and get this coin going.

LOL AGREEED! It was Iconic personally who made Blackcoin go so big.
When the Big BC tread died off and was closed. Blackcoin died. Before it was stable around 30k.

Iconic I love you. And I love the fact you are here. I dont care price is so low atm. Blackcoin went from 4k to 3k a few times as well. And had some good crashes below 10k before passing it. I know a few whales who have stocked up alot. Their just saying now is not the time yet to start the pump up. Their waiting. Cozz they can wait because they are good traders who have patience lol. They dont care if price is much lower then they bought. It comes in time. Look at cinni how long it was around 10 and all of suddne booom back to 17k.

This coin.. If it gets the Anon omg thats gonna be amazing. Some people here just like to talk fud lol lol. Why? Why do you even bother?
I seriously don't get it

I'm curious to know who would purposely manipulate to keep the price down right now.  I'm noticing as investors/traders are buying in, someone releases a slew of sells in lower increments.  This is a different agenda because if someone/some people wanted in at the low, they would've bought in this AM.

So my curiousity is with these damaging entities or possibly Mint bots for more trades and therefore, more fees?

I think it is large holders / groups of holders manipulating the price so they can make money.  You will note that it always seems to start happening when a coin is getting some traction or positive buzz.

Note, that cryptos are completely unregulated.  Just think about all of the manipulation that happens with stocks - and that is under some pretty strict regulation.  Now think about a totally unregulated market - big holders can do whatever they want.

They can sell large numbers of coins to themselves at increasingly lower prices - then buy more coins when other holders panic.

Eventually, when a coin is mature enough, and has enough infrastructure / services, etc, the coin becomes more resistant to manipulation because no one panic sells anymore, and when the large holders try to force the price down, their coins simply get bought.  Then they have to buy at higher prices if they want to continue the games.

HUH, I smell a libertyhand, and I know there are already some "blackhanded" people in there.

Tinfoil-Hats up guys barabbas will tell us more I guess Wink

Hey guys i have made another rough logo real quick. I do love the concept of IEs coin logo design, but no offense i dont think the picture of the torch would look good professionally.

I took the concept of the original L how it is broken. Added it to IEs concept of the torch.

With our coin name being such a great name we should take advantage of it. I molded the concept after back of the USA coin, many people will be familiar with the coin design so it might make the logo stand out more compared to other cryptos due to familiarity.

Im not that great with photoshop so im sure someone can take the concept and run with it, clean it up or what not.

Just a thought.

I will say that an XLB Card (with the right logo, aesthetically pleasing, and software implementation along with free upgrades, like IOS 7.6.3.42.45.9) could be beneficial here, not just for users, but for merchants.....as in instant transactions.  I have received IE's BlackCoin card, it's a beautiful and trendsetting product and that's coming from a seasoned corporate executive.  It's also a steal at $20, no matter how you slice it, if you consider the perceived value of the contents it may hold.

So vision this, think if we could put our card in our wallet or a small one on a keychain (like Reward Cards for CVS or Macy's) go to Starbucks, a Mobil gas station, GameStop, pull out the card, and with either a quick scan or plug in, payment is made and leftover balance is shown via receipt or digitally.  That's cutting edge that not even BTC has cut into at this point.  That is the future my friends, as everything becomes computerized and electronic, this is a form of virtual barter purchases/trade.  Honestly, it's quite beautiful.  No different from swapping contact information on Samsung phones, or barcode scan to purchase at an Apple store, or Bluetooth technology.  All innovations to make everyday life simpler.

Disclosure: I don't get anything by supporting IE, but we get something by making something out of XLB.  Will you expand your portfolio as well to induce positive change?
