nicemining started early 
We were as surprised as anyone else but we happened to be watching this thread when the launch happened so we started our pool...The coin was definitely launched 1 hour early.

didnt find any working pool. No payout at lit.nicemining.pw . ANy working pools

There was no payout because the difficulty is around 40 and we had about 200 Mh/s which means in average a block every 15-20 min.... Now we have a bit more hashrate and payouts will be more regular.
