I don't exactly understand what you mean.
Do you mean whether I think they did vote with their Lisk, or do you mean whether they should do it?

yes, should or shouldn't

I think they should

Is forging produces block ? Its been two weeks my delegate server is running yet not a single block was generated. With DPoS, I am confused I have voted for delegates and still no improvement on forging.

Forging rewards haven't yet "kicked" in they are postponed until later version (currently set at around 5 months from now), but it probably won't take that long.

So any one can vote or must we hold Lisk . And how do we vote

You have to register an account through your wallet.

you can't vote if you hold  Lisk through an exchange

Must you hold lisk in said wallet or will you still be eligible to vote with a 0 balance?  Kiss

You need to have LISK in order to vote each LISK represents 1 out of 100 000 000 lisk votes available. So if someone gets voted from someone that votes with his account holding let's say 100 000 that is an equivalent of 0.1% voting weight.

You can't vote without Lisk in your wallet because firstly it costs 1 lisk to vote anyway Cheesy

They should. Once the placeholder delegates are offline, they are just as much part of the network as anyone else. And their combined 8% will not be enough to secure delegate positions all on their own.

If anything, Oliver and Max voting on a delegate could be considered as a "seal of approval".

ok i am a little confused regarding the voting system

i see some delegates say "Reward Calculation: Based on votes received"

what does this mean? I can give you just 1 vote, right? or i can give all my 33 votes to one delegate?

I will definately vote for Grumlin (helped a lot during the first chaotic hours of launch), so i can give all my 33 votes or i have to share with others?

you can give 1 vote to 1 delegate, but you can vote else for 32 delegates.

you can vote for 1 time for 33 delegates, but total you can vote for 101 delegates

p.s. Thanks a lot for you support! it's very important for me!

my delegate name is grumlin and now rank is 102 or 103

Exact, you can only vote once per delegate.
I'm curious to see in a while what kind of delegate are in the 101 list.
I hope that some members will try to track if some delegates are held by the same people and see if it is decentralized or not.
yes, it's very important to use rule: 1 person - 1 delegate

Is there any topic or list of delegates where they show what they offer for voting? I mean in 1 place, clear, w/o any other posts or comments. TIA

List of delegates that will share forging rewards with voters

thanks , I  hope it grows to more than the 7 currently listed that will share forging rewards with voters.
