I highly doubt that. It would be make Lisk just as regulated as Google play store and the Apple appstore.

A darknet market isn't illegal. Only what you are selling can be considered illegal.
Remember the United States Navy created tor. This can be also great for a decentralized webspace for exchanging of ideas and conspiracy theories, individuals that live in a tyrannical type gov't run and the internet is heavily regulated. Remember Twitter does this now.

Ye that guy regrets a thousand times. I've calm down a bit and save few of my Lisk jsut so i won't kill myself if I dump them all real hard.
Really its almost a bad timing to release during halving since people are anticipating this event since last year. Lisk and the rest who will release ICO may just be dumped.

Experienced the samw thing I transferred around 5k to polo but in the end everything was credited to my polo account but the depo history are missing
