We will spend all the money on Lisk. This includes marketing, conference/meetup visits, salaries, office space, hardware we might need, infrastructure, business establishment (taxes) and much more.
You are correct, therefore we don't respond to the accusations. It seems there is the mentality "scam until proven wrong" within the crypto-currency. This is sad, because this creates quite the barrier for beginners. For us this means, work work work! Show good results. That's all what matters in the end.
Additionally, you have to take into consideration that the people who say "scam" are most likely participating in our ICO. They think that the less people participate, the more coins they get. However, they don't have the vision that more capital only has advantages.
