Let me guess, you've held "several meetings with lawyars, PR, marketting, blabla" and have "reviewed CVs for potential developers".
It's time you share what has been discussed in these meetings and how it does or does not benefit Lisk.
Everyone can type fancy words. To me this just looks like you're trying to look busy, while actually behind the scene you're in way over your head business-wise and don't want to admit it.
There is no way that setting up a business entity in Germany OR hiring high quality developers takes THIS long. No way.
Just share whatever went wrong so we can move on and maybe even help Lisk move forward.
I'm trying to say this as respectful as I can, because I know what development work has been done and it's pretty huge what Oliver did all on his own, but he can't keep this up all by himself.
I have been very patient, but these weekly reports are just sad to read. If you have nothing to say, then say nothing. Don't make up some stuff to look busy.
I can feel you. Every weekly summary with same phrases is little disappointed.
I have been silently observing for the most part, but I'll make this point now:
You are correct. I have been following the entire Lisk project down to the letter from the start. I have read every post here on bitcointalk, reddit, news article, blog post, and chat line on Lisk.chat. I have everything well documented. How you are feeling is reasonable. The weekly updates have had the same cut + paste material.
I have not decided if Max is way over his head business-wise just yet. I am waiting for the end of the year to see if he can meet the following account:

If we don't have a rebranding, community forging, white paper, roadmap, legal entity, office, vision paper, stable Lisk network, and much more. Then you can complain. What remains now to be completed by December 31st is the rebranding, community forging, whitepaper, legal entity, and stable Lisk network. I see community forging and the stable Lisk network being completed. However the rebranding, legal entity, and the white paper are in question. Relatively speaking we are coming dangerously close to Max's deadline.
All that said, with everything I have documented thus far, I can say with absolute certainty that Max and his team mean well and they truly intend for Lisk to succeed. The only thing that would be holding them back at this point is inexperience, but as mentioned, that has yet to be decided.
