The best bet is to just keep the LSK on Bittrex for now and withdraw them to a Lisk wallet for long-term "hodling" as soon as the withdrawals/deposits are activated again."
Basically this sentence says, People holding their lisk at Bittrex are too stupid to make a decision for themselves. It's better to Not allow them to participate in the ARK TEC and allow the withdrawals to happen later for "LONG-TERM "HODLING" people.
This is what he thinks about you. He would rather it sit at bittrex and wait for long term holders instead of the people who own the lisk do what they want with it.

Distribution of Testnet Bounties
After a long wait, we are finally announcing a one-time bounty for loyal Testnet supporters. Since May of 2016 we have been tracking the activity of the Test Network and have chosen to reward members of the community who have helped by stabilizing it. In order to be eligible for the bounty, there’s only one criteria that must be met:
- Testnet Delegate must have forged at least one block
After reviewing delegates, we have compiled a list of eligible delegates including their Lisk addresses and amount of LSK rewarded. In total, 50,000 LSK were distributed to 129 eligible delegates based on their total forged blocks. The rewards were sent to the same Lisk addresses being used for the Testnet delegates as to ensure proper delivery.
Running a node on the Test Network was never mandatory, and we thank anyone who has participated. Going forward we believe the community will show support by keeping a Testnet node running.

Ark have a whitepaper. Lisk does not have a whitepaper. Lisk is a 1-1 clone of crypti even down to the websites and wallets. Find/Replace
Smith and Crown research Ark and give a thumbs up. Have you research Ark?
You fools, ARK is only a way for a few previous LISK Community members to get high salary for 2 years and then move on to other things, as I said, it solves NOTHING and has no value. It only solves things no one cares about and was created to give salaries to it's creators. lol, but you are free to waste your money in it if you like, just don't go around putting down LISK.
What problems do Lisk solve? how to run a crippled blockchain? Yes this must be the reason for Lisk. Sorry you have lose big in Lisk, but do your research.

Thank you Chin, for distributing our brief statement regarding Bittrex.
As I explained in the Lisk chat:
The situation is as follows: We advised them to wait for Lisk v0.5.0 to remove an unnecessary administration overhead (i.e. keeping an eye on the servers, logs, internal security measure's, forks etc.). We assumed v0.5.0 will be released a few days earlier. Now it's becoming very clear that it will be released this week (guaranteed!). That however also delayed Bittrex.
The situation should become much, much better this week after we have released Lisk v0.5.0. Our brave testers in #testnet can probably confirm it. The best bet is to just keep the LSK on Bittrex for now and withdraw them to a Lisk wallet for long-term "hodling" as soon as the withdrawals/deposits are activated again.
Who will gave me free lisk to vote?
Send me your LSK address via PM and I will send you a few LSK to be able to vote for delegates.

Because the Lisk HQ tell Bittrex to stop Lisk transactions until a new wallet is release. A cheap attempt to ruin the Ark ICO is my guess.
Doesn't ARK benefit Lisk? I thought that LiskHQ would be happy with the Ark IPO going ahead. Maybe I missed something!
