This upcoming Friday, October 28th, Lisk will be conducting it’s bi-weekly community meeting. For each meeting, a document is created for gathering questions that may be difficult or lengthy to answer during the meeting. The deadline for collecting questions is Wednesday (October 26th). If you believe your question is not difficult, nor lengthy, you may attend the meeting and ask the team to get a direct answer.
The meeting will take place in our Lisk Chat - channel #general at 6:00 PM (GMT +2).

Okay. GitHub & Lisk is long ago, I don't know anymore.

Just now I have a look in the first German-speaking thread and into the first pages of the original thread.
There you can find links to the first blog articles, to the first clients or to the video (How install...) an so on.
So right, your GitHub was visible and accessible since the beginning.

Okay, confession time.
I had cannabanana on ignore since about week one of the Lisk ICO.
Because I kind of agree with you, the constant zero info hype posts annoyed me greatly.
(I also tend to hit ignore as soon as someone posts more than one flashy image.)
But his current post habits are far from that, IMO.
Surely there are some fillers, but he is exited for the project, we have been working on ARK for a long time before we could've announced, and cannabanana put in more work than most.
His post about ARK are mostly direct answers to questions asked (with answers that already there in OP, but that's another matter), so they are far from just hype.
