Go to the delegate channel at http://lisk.chat. Copy your testnet account number into a chat post asking tor testnet lisk to register a delegate. Somebody will send you some test lisk. If they don't, send a private message to joel directly with the same information.

We have Serious Issue we just withdrew 8000 LISK from Poloniex less than 1 Hour Ago. And the People that
Handled the Withdrawal didn't check for a space before or after the Address.
I hope their somebody here that knows how we would manually recover these coin that have been sent here

blockchain explorer show transaction went through to address you posted,
address in wallet without space shows balance,
address with space shows same thing. according to the message highlighted in blue, it appears the address was never created by opening a new account and using or entering a BIP compatible passphrase. You will need to come up with the passphrase which creates this account number.
(sorry if images don't show up, I'm fed up with Bitcointalk not displaying linked images reliably, hopefully they'll work. this is the second image host, imagur, i've used to cater to BTC, not going to a third.)
You need to use the bbcode for forum and not "share link".

What on earth would you expect a community member to be able to do?
It is you who never checked the address before sending so I find that interesting.
Go to lisk chat or pm LISK HQ and maybe you can get some help but I would not count on it.
Maybe they could do a roll back for you?
