Well i dropped that shitshow of a coin called Waves.  I'm sorry LISK community that I ever strayed in that direction.  It was a mistake.  I will say that i have kept about half of my lisk since the end of ico that i am keeping it long-term.    I do think this project will succeed.

I will buy additional LISK from the btc i got back from my waves selloff (loss of about 20%).

On a side note, is it true that Max and co. have not touched ICO funds yet?  If true and LISK has done what they have so far is pretty damn impressive.  I saw something where waves has already pulled out 11k btc from the ico fund.  Thats just fucking scary.

That's correct. They are waiting untill Germany approves their startup so they can transfer the funds to the company directly, thereby avoiding any taxes on the funds.
And I agree, the way the Waves funds are being handled are just wrong. They will end up like ETH, depleted pretty soon Smiley.

Is it possible to register an account on this exchange and on Yuanbao for non-Chinese?

I'm trying to register on Yuanbao using the translate function on Chrome.  It's easy enough to register a user account.  To transfer Lisk in and out, you have to also fill in the form below.  It is pretty obviously aimed at Chinese users.  The name slot would not accept enough characters to enter my full name so I entered only my true last name.  I gave them my true US passport number, which it accepted.  It will only accept a Chinese 11 digit cellphone number.  I'd be happy to give them my true cell phone number if they would change their form formatting to accept it; to keep the ball rolling, I finally entered a prepaid card number I got from here:  http://www.86callchina.com/china-mobile-number-location-trace.htm .  So now it looks like they are considering my application to transfer funds / Lisk.  I'll let you know if I hear anything.

Cool...

I also tried to register. But the attempt failed when entering my phone number (Germany)...

It seems he entered a China prepaid number that's why it worked. I'll wait for its effect on Polo due to arbritrage.

Knowledge is power
seems it will dump in yuanbao again

seems based on what? any indicators or just gut feeling?

Maybe just basically hate on Lisk going skyrocket perhaps. Yuanbao is the only hope for Lisk to go up since the hype seems to have died down already.

Agreed , the Lisk team managed to f*ck it up pretty bad. All it took was to pump the price a bit during the D'oh hack, or today with the brexit. But instead there's no real news or pumps resulting into a tanking in price just complete silence.
maidsafe and nem managed to eat lisk for breakfast out of nowhere. Complete incompetence displayed by
Lisk team's part. Can't see how it can attract investors thinking this is not yet another scam.
