There is only around 58700 LTCU mined so far, plus a few thousand from bounty, so let say around 80000 LTCU in circulations

I hope dev wise to use the premine, to develop LTCU, and not dumping when LTCU hit exchange.
I believe, if you manage premine wisely for development, LTCU will be huge for long term.
