As you can read on the history on this thread and on discord, some one grabbed the source code from github and started to mine before public ANN.
For this reason we can not talk about premine but about "early mine"
If I had a premine, I would not have made a normal launch ANN but a presale ANN or an ICO

It not very high difficult change algorithm a bit for make it asic-resistant.
So it s opposite - ASIC development goes to dangerous, potentially zero-reward, investing.
(or make asics not for sale and non announce them
