I like my MPW.
They are also nice to be used as a gift just as a hint for the next birthday event Wink
We should add more designs in the future for example for christmas, birthday, business and a possibility
to also easy use an own design.
A company can then create a lot of wallets in an individual and cooperate design and use them as a gift at conventions.
The Machinecoin is by its neutral and timeless name well suitable for it.

I will make some wallet designs Smiley i really like the idea for people to use their own designs, that would be a nice feature. It would be similar to customized credit cards and checks.

I already printed my Smiley
Just need something to put it in and to save it from rain and so on.
I may use my laminator.
What would you guys use?

Maybe just some good card stock and a good printer would do the job.

Lets make a competition.

I still have not forgot about the competition from the other forum. I tried to have the print shop print the wallets, but I then realized that option is not secure at all. I just bought new ink for my printer, some photo paper and some heavy cardstock. I will post my results this weekend Smiley

Also there has been some action on the machine coin forums, user Nico205 made a donation widget similar to bitcoin and litecoin ones! http://widget.scryptpower.de/ and you can customize one for your website  Shocked https://github.com/Nico205/Machinecoin-Port_coinwidget.com

I believe that statement is simply a wordy way of describing that each currency defines it's respective country by it's value. I really like his statement on how until 2008 we had no choice of what currency we use.

Depends but yeah I know what he/you mean.
You were/are able to use gold instead but gold is not very useful if you live in the USA for example and you want to buy something that is located in Japan.
It would take a while, cost something and always be a risk to send the gold from USA to Japan.
The Machinecoin does not has this disadvantage as it allows you to get an own Machinecoin address just within some seconds without the need to visit a bank and send/receive Machinecoins within a very short time.
A combination of gold and Machinecoin is probably the best for all use cases :-)

It will be a glorious day when I can buy products from Japan with my Machinecoins Smiley

My only issue is I don't have any machinecoins that I'm willing to let go of Smiley I played around with comkort and it is better than most of the exchanges out there. They have a really good dev team.

I agree in a lot of points with him some are not clear what he means without a detailed definition.
For example: "the/a currency is the expression of the economic value of your state".
I guess he means GDP here like GDP of Luxembourg $42.19 billion in 2012.
But this actually does not tells me anything about the economic value of the state Luxembourg.
If 2 people in Luxembourg agree to exchange every second ((42.19 billion)/365/86400)$ with something that is accepted as to be recognized in the GDP like a commercial service then Luxembourg would have $42.19 billion GDP but in fact nothing produced whats worth anything.

I won't settle for less than perfect Smiley A printable 3D coin is in the works too.
I want one! Smiley
And i guess for the printable version indeed kinda need two sides. I thought we were looking for a new logo for machinecoin. Cause I still kinda favor the shiny version on page 7... Also i really like the fact that it has no name on it. Just the M would be good enough, then on other side the world chip. Personal taste maybe but i think don't need the name on it.

Here you can see  : (That it's absurd how many brands are imprinted in our brains=) But also that you really don't need to advertise a name. As long as the logo is an instant recognizable entity.

That part is up for debate im sure. As for looks. I like shiny.. Smiley

Whatever form the final coin takes, I assure you it will be shiny Wink I have about 10 different metal overlays made like silver, gold, gun metal, steel, copper, titanium and various other flavors. The coin above is at its most basic form (well, almost). I have different gears made that can be swapped out, i can remove a piece of text or put different emblems on it with a few clicks of the mouse... I can even put your head on it for some machinecoins Wink (with dev approval of course).
