but my av will keep deleting Magnet wallet once its launch, so i hope dev will update or compile another windows wallet

You need to disable av. We can recompile but antivirus programs will still find it malicious because wallets deal with networks and this gives the false idea to the antivirus agents.

I cant disable my av (i mean i know how to but i wont). As other may have same result but is not got deleted instantly
May you create a paper wallet if you cannot re-compile another one.

If your wallet is opened for staking and it asks for passphrase when trying to send mags..it does not work. If you click Settings>Unlock wallet from dropdown menu every time before doing the transaction while staking.. it works without problems.

This is actually a common problem in wallets for tri-reward coins (i.e., POW+POS+MN).

Look at the dev's suggestion below. I was able to send the coins by unlocking the wallet (uncheck for stake only) and sending the transaction.

Also yes, sorting messes up the list. However dev has provided the tool to check the masternode. Also we are on masternodes.online and you can use their monitoring tool as well.

Just FYI there is a mistake in your limux Masternode guide,
in the section FINALIZING THE DAEMON CONFIGURATION

you wrote vi ../.magnet/masternode.conf
insteaf of vi ../.magnet/magnet.conf
