The real reason BTX crashed like a rock last week - cryptopia and bit-z, the exchanges where there is the most volume of BTX, started to have withdrawal problems for months already. So where can you buy without hassle? Only on crypto-bridge but there is small volume there.

No sane person will deposit more coins to buy BTX on exchanges where they have withdrawal orders "Processing" or "Waiting". At least for this reason I don't buy right now.

Everything will change when a big/trusted exchange will list BTX.

It is painful to watch this coin go from USD 25 to USD 11-12 - yes it has the dividends/airdrop every week but it was hard to see what else it hard beyond this right now.

There is incorrect information on bitcore.cc webpage

'Core 0.15.0.2 With own add-ons
Bitcore is running on wallet version 0.15.0.2 and to name just two add-ons we have SegWit and also Bloom activated since we launched the coin. The blocksize is 20MB while blocktime, total amount and halving time are similar to BTC.'

BTX has 2.5 min blocktime while BTC has 10 minutes no? This should be corrected.
Also we should implement 60s blocktime with lightning network and rename the coin 'da SPEED coin' lol.

Price drop because of dumpers isn't really a problem. It's funny how people are saying there is nothing new in this coin, but if we accept this there is nothing new to other coins either.
Yeah go buy BTC and play against bots, long and short with huge fees and make miners rich... but I like the idea that my address moves up and up on BTX rich list as big amounts of whale coins is getting fragmented that is DISTRIBUTION.

Because let's be honest. This coin is around no. 52 by circulating supply and around no. 73 by total supply on CMC right now WITHOUT MANY OF GREAT EXCHANGES LISTED, and that means if there were even a linear relationship between price drops and airdrops (that I think this isn't the case), by the time airdrop finishes, the coin will have a midposition on CMCs top 100 only with dumps. And then only God knows what will happen.

But most probably this coin will do big damage to BCH and BTG if it once goes to Poloniex etc. because there is nothing really new in them either.
And I don't think its devs primary responsibility to make marketing. They should only 1 thing to do and that is keep adding cutting edge stuff to the coin.

Remember that only maybe 20% of USD money is in paper format. That means that if everyone decided to make a run on the banks they couldn’t pay up. They would have to physically print more money in the case of a loss of confidence in the banks. As I said we have literally seen this in the last 100 years and central banking is not a new concept.

Bitcore not working with clean install of Ubuntu 16.04. Is there a working solution for this problem? I had bitcored working with the previous install of Ubuntu 16.04 but thanks to Intel updates (spectre and meltdown) I had to make a new install of the OS.
