seems the price is tanking ,i do not like pump and dump game ,just stable and moving up normally is the best way .but anyway ,airdrop coin is a good coin .
Do the airdrop in opposite/alternative way , (12% weekly this month , 11% weekly next month and so on) ... It will make things different ...
I'm afraid it's too late to change the distribution model.. but I'm curious to know what your thought process behind this idea?
Currently , the base volume who join airdrop is around 1.6m BTX ... In current plan , in the last few airdrop round , the weekly airdrop volume will be way too much for the BTX market capital to keep the same level of coin price ... It will create unnecessary price up and down ... If we change in another way , new comer to the BTX world will tend to join earlier for higher airdrop return rate ... While the base volume who join the airdrop is still relatively small now, it's easier to create new BTX demand > airdropped coin selling pressure which is better for the short term price stability ... As time goes by , there will be less and less airdrop volume distributed to the market ... I think this will be a better approach than current plan ...
You know what..
I think it's brilliant!I don't know why we never thought about doing a declining airdrop distribution model.
Indeed, it would stabilize the price, especially as we enter into the big airdrop weeks at 6% - 10%.
I also think it would help to build a solid and steady price growth as I think the community needs some positive sentiment at the moment given the price drop.
The circulation supply would also grow faster early on, which is not a bad thing given the CMC issue.
The early adopters would be rewarded at a higher rate vs. the later comers. ...which I like this idea a lot!
You're always going to have the naysayers that will fear big dumps, but heck.. I see more pros than cons to this idea!
I guess the question would be at what percentage to start, 10%, 11%, 12%?
With the current plan, the airdrop will likely end around April @ 8%.
Great idea but I think it's too late... unless 90%+ of the community vote for this change.
I guess if the distribution model changed once, it can probably change again.
I think this idea should be debated.
Other thoughts?
