Has anyone else tried this game?

I tried, and as a game it was absolutely awful. There are videos around on media sites, and you can see that there is nothing to it.

For online games to succeed, they need strong, active communities. There is no way for a community of gamers to ever develop in this game. Properties cost $10,000+ USDs. All the property prices in Decentraland have been driven up by altcoin speculators who got in early.

The average gamer is not going to spend 5-figures USD to join a game that is just an empty world of assorted gambling mini-games. This game is dead on arrival.

for now, like most blockchain games, Decentraland is relying on FOMO and the greater fool theory.

Current "players" (property owners) are hoping that someone else will come along after them to pay a higher price for their "property". Then the second owner holds on hoping that still another even geater, greater fool will pay more yet again.

How on earth does no one else see this as the ponzi that it is?

Have to invest based on your opinions. Mana is a great project and have been gaining a lot of steam lately. AR will be huge in the near future and a token that’s owned by us is a nice concept! I’m a holder as well and been holding for awhile I’m liking the direction there going in.
