i have windows, 1106 is not max but it was good for scrypt.

changing intensity, no results at all, can someone mind to share settings for cgminer and similar card?

Can anybody help, i am getting rejected shares all the time.
Using 7950, 666kh/s with scrypt. should be atleast 300 with this keccak
Downloaded cgminer keccak, using maxcoin pool, used all the settings from the pool plus settings for 7950 card from scrypt mining, maybe that is the case?

Please start by running it plain without any additions, i seem to recall that some of the normal scrypt settings mock up the shares, especially thread concurrency if i remember correctly
If you start getting accepted then go ahead and add more of the config (Intensity, worksize and so on)

max.nut2pools.com

it still rejects shares even with plain sand simple : cgminer.exe --keccak -o stratum+tcp://stratum01.max-coin.net:3333 -u USERNAME.WORKER -p WORKERPASSWORD (with my worker and password offcorse)
edit: share is above target (the reason why it is rejected)

Try another pool, max.nut2pools.com is working great Wink

But that does not explain 140 mh/s speed on 7950 card clocked to 1106 core

edit: with cpu miner i am getting 5MH/s on the same pool

I got share is above target when i had an wrongfully compiled cgminer.
Sure you got an valid one? have you built yourself for linux or windows?

No it doesn't... 1106 is the max core clock for your card? I never had a 7950 but I can go to 1200 with my 7970. Did you try 9 to 13 intensity and 64 to 512 worksize?

I have a problem with my r9 290s, the memory clock stays at 150mhz whatever I do. I can't change it with cgminer or conf file or even afterburner it always stays at 150...

do you have it on all the cards or just those that isnt "the main card"
sounds like thr cards are idled. i had this issue on some rigs with windows.
needed to make dvi dummies to fool the gpu out of idle:)

max.nut2pools.com

On all my cards, the problem is only with cgminer for keccak, it works perfectly with sgminer, cgminer for vertcoin, etc.

My hashrate are about:
415 MH/s for r9 290 with engine clock 1000mhz, memory clock 150mhz
400 MH/s for 7970 with engine clock 1200mhz, memory clock 1050mhz

Anyone has the same problem?

Are those cards running on same rig? meaning you get 1050 on some and 150 on some?
If thats the case you are experiencing the idle issue. 150mhz is the base clock for idling the card. If you plug the screen in the other card I'm guessing the problem would move to...

max.nut2pools.com

I have one rig with 5x R9 290 and one rig with 1x r9 290 and 1x hd 7970. No monitors attached at all, but I can change the clock when cgminer for keccak isn't running.

Hmm strange.
Then again 415Mhash isn't far of the hashrate people experience with 290X series on keccak. And if you can get that hashrate with memory running at 150, i would be happy Wink

Ok, I've obtained 454 with 1100/150.

Currently mining with some 280x`s. And i`m wondering if my hashrate is low or ok. I`m getting 405mh/s.

I'd say you are better than average.  What is your config?  And how much RAM does your system have, etc?

Engine 1210 / mem 1100 / i13 (1x sapphire Toxic) 403-408mh/s
Engine 1100 / mem 1050 / i13 (2x sapphire Dual-x) 369-373mh/s each

I have 8gb ram on this rig. But i`m guessing this is quite good then.  Cheesy

405Mhash on 280X is more then ok!  Wink

people can't adopt MaxCoin, because they can't mine it.

Price is falling.  Angry

Why can`t people mine it??  Huh

They can, but the difficulty is pretty high. The whole concept of this coin being ASIC proof has completely vanished due to the ability of massive parallelisation with the Kekak algorithm. Basically this coin belongs to the GPU farms. Doesn't make it any different than any other Scrypt coin. Kekak is a farce.

So the fact that it`s by far the most profitable coin to mine rignt now, isn`t enough?  Wink
