Actually you are using minerd, it does not support stratum? Try port 8336
minerd.exe -o stratum+tcp://stratum-eu.meow.luckyminers.com:8336 -u hill.hill -p x

you have to go in the "my worker" tab in the pool and create a worker.. as example your username is hill and you create a worker 1 with password x then you have to use minerd.exe -o stratum+tcp://stratum-eu.meow.
