regarding decentralized in-wallet exchange we could vote as a community for it to be coded in such a way that the dev collects a small trading fee for all trades that take place using the wallet. that way he can get some decent recompense for his work. we can decide if this fee will go to him personally or if it can be at least partly used to go into an address reerved as the community development fund.
