This coin can be better than just another pump and dump if the dev can get it into the eSports scene, even if it starts small...

maybe it's possible to organize something with Teamliquid, they have already done some tournament in btc, we can do it in MIN instead
That's a very good idea, but sadly I don't know anyone from TL community. I'll see if I can get in touch with some more known entities in the SC2 scene.

Perhaps it would be an idea to release the wallet 12-24 hours before POW is over?

If block generation is supposed to be POS-driven when POW is over, but very few coins are mature because all funds are fresh out of pools, the block generation is going to be very slow for many hours. In worst case we could be forced into a situation where a hard-fork-new-wallet-and-extended-POW is necessary to control the wild-forks.

Releasing the wallet now can hardly do any harm as competing pools would need a lot of miners to find any blocks at all and very few miners would want to reconfigure to get to a pool with same or higher fees. Yes, multipools and big-shark-rigrenters would get access and they could mine-to-dump during the last few hours, but that would also increase difficulty towards the end which is appropriate on the last day and would increase attention just when the coin is about to get accepted on a real exchange. Remember, there are no major x11/x13 coin releases during the next few days.

We could be on Bittrex already, when POS starts?

We are now listed on C-CEX.com - you can safely withdraw your coins to the exchange and trade/store them on the exchange until windows wallets are released.

Other exchanges will list us after the end of POW stage. We have assurance from Bittrex that they will list us once the POW stage ends.

So it seems mates Wink

End of POW:

2482 blocks, 20.675 hours = 03:45 UTC tomorrow.

Rather 12-15 hours (13.5 with current speed - ~180 blocks per hour).
You should count POS blocks too.

The calcs is assuming no POS blocks. It is difficult to get info on POS blocks. I work on the total blocks so far and the height of end of POW. The answer is the worst case but will be less due to POS blocks. You can see the timeline shifting earlier each time.

I´ve got a picture! Haha!
End of POW:

2482 blocks, 20.675 hours = 03:45 UTC tomorrow.

Your saying 20 hours left?
Good Good Good Good!

And only about 12% of total supply dumped on CCEX so far as miners either believe in MIN or waiting to dump on Bittrex.. This will definitelly be interesting

MIN is in POW stage at the moment. When it moves to POS stage we will include it in staking program.

That's the reply from C-CEX, so what's the word with people being paid Huh

Let me clarify - I an NOT concerned with the amounts - just the conflicting information Smiley

C-CEX have just confirmed they are NOT staking, yet people on this forum are claiming payments that look like staking.

It is probably a minor issue, I'm just never happy when I can't compile the facts to get a complete picture  Grin

As example, POS block: http://explorer.minerals.pro/b/138RfdvsR5
And second example: http://explorer.minerals.pro/b/131PQPtRiA
This POS-block contains transaction with my POS-reward from C-CEX history.
POS works.
And current speed is ~180 blocks/hour, not 120.
