Workers getting temporarily banned is getting annoying. Especially when my combined hashrate between all 3 of my rigs is only about 31-35mH.

I have seen coins with only 1 to 2 millions in circulation dying on exchanges due to regular dump from big farms and multipool. The biggest thing that matters is fair distribution of coin amongst investors. Blocktime and reward is nothing when they start to inundate the supply.
In this case the coin is well distributed and highly decentralized, without any big dumps from Multipools and big farms, miners and investors will be willing to wait till the coin grow and get matured.
